I am passionate about health & fitness! Back in 2004 I became a Pilates Instructor then after having my third child, became an AFAA certified Instructor in 2005 so I could teach more strength and cardio classes. Then I found Zumba Fitness in 2009 and have been a ZIN Instructor dancing almost daily ever since. I love teaching all formats of fitness classes! My goal is to help people of all ages stay active, healthy, and happy while reaching their life's health and fitness goals.

Zumba Fitness
Fitness can be lots of fun! Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. It's the best workout ever!
Pilates Barre
Pilates Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, ballet, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
Senior Aerobics
Low Impact Aerobics with Strength and Resistance to keep active older adults, strong and limber
Corporate Fitness Classes
