Jeanie (known in the fitness world as “The Fitness Jeanie”) and her world-class coaches offer training sessions for individuals and groups and lead group workshops on Creating a Body You Love.

Jeanie’s training uses an inside-out approach. Your physical body is the outer manifestation of your thoughts, beliefs and actions. Often fat is stored out of fear and a need for protection. When you feel frightened, insecure or “not good enough” you often put on extra weight for protection. She understands the mental side to weight loss is a huge component to achieving long-term results. Thus, Jeanie focuses on healing the patterns that cause you overeat, make unhealthy choice or yo-yo. Plus, she helps you make peace with your body.

The physical portion utilizes “The Fitness Jeanie Combo Training.” Her unique exercises can be used by beginning or advanced exercisers and ensure that all of your muscles are working simultaneously and that you’re maximizing your fat burning throughout the session. She also incorporates Pilates and yoga moves to strengthen your core and improve your flexibility.

Her work as a spiritual teacher and specialty in meditation offers you great relaxation and renewal at the end of your session.
