Spring is just around the corner and many of us are anticipating spending time this summer on the beach with family and friends. I personally find that early spring is a perfect time for a spiritual and physical detox as I tend to get a little sluggish and out of sync after all the heavy foods of the winter holidays. Is it dangerous to do a detox if you are taking meds?
